Reanna
Movement and competition have been central to Reanna's life since childhood. She excelled in figure skating nationwide, with a standout moment being at Jr. Nationals in Lake Placid, NY, where she skated on the historic rink of the Miracle Hockey Game.
Challenges with body image and food led Reanna to transition from competitive skating to coaching. She found balance through running and yoga, which played a vital role in restoring her mental health. A move to Florida in 2019 introduced her to kickboxing, a practice that strengthened her connection with a supportive community while continuing her passion for yoga. She is currently pursuing her Yoga Certification to deepen her practice further.
Reanna's journey underscores the importance of holistic health—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. She is excited to use her diverse background in figure skating, running, yoga, and kickboxing to help others achieve a balanced and fulfilling life.
Reanna is particularly interested in group trainings, weight loss, and yoga.
