I've been going to this gym for a while now and it has truly exceeded my expectations. Not only does it provide an excellent way to stay fit and get in shape, but it also offers practical self-defense training that you can apply in real-world situations.

Such a fun experience! I went there with doubts that I could even finish any of the workouts. The coaches there proved me wrong! They pushed me to the limit, but still supported me along the way. When I was giving up, they brought more out of me. At the end of the workout, I felt invigorated and came back for more. I love the team and the welcoming environment. They don’t make you feel out of place and prove you can do a lot more when in the right environment!
This place is amazing. I appreciate the explanations and techniques from the instructors. I also appreciate the freedom to work out at my own pace. You do NOT have to be in shape to start. You just need to be dedicated and motivated to improve a little at a time. Just take one class. You'll love it and thank yourself later.
